People of the area
Real people telling real stories, that’s what this project was all about. Me and my brother Þorsteinn had been talking to the lovely people at Visit Vatnajökull for a while about possible projects. They wanted to promote the area of Suð-austur Skaftafellssýsla in an organic and real way. That’s why this idea was picked.
Me and my brother loved it when we first heard it. Talking to all kinds of different people that live in the area and let them tell you why they live there. Hearing stories, getting to know people and there lives was the most fun part of this project.
