BTS with Icelandair

This was one of the first projects that came to me in 2023. Icelandair were going into production of a new campaign they had been working on for a while and wanted to document the whole process and make a “Behind the scenes” video from it. Being well rested and excited to get back to work after a long Christmas vacation I happily said yes to this project.

Most of the shooting days were pretty long and even though filming BTS isn’t constant work you still have to be on your toes almost constantly. What do I want to capture, what should I leave out, how do I want to showcase this and when do I interview certain people, were questions I asked myself a lot.

I made some great friends and memories on this trip and while there was a lot of work to do, I still managed to explore the cities of London and New York quite a bit and those are places I definitely want to visit again soon. Flying with Icelandair of course…
